han ido en aumento, sin embargo, en Colombia permanece
subdiagnosticada. El desconocimiento de la enfermedad, la
suspensión del gluten sin un diagnóstico y la comercialización
poco regulada de productos libres de gluten, ha conducido
a la adopción de una perspectiva trivial alrededor del tema,
que deja vulnerables a los pacientes y conlleva dicultades
en el proceso diagnóstico y terapéutico.
