Resumen

La gota es una enfermedad muy conocida y dentro de su gran espectro de signos y síntomas, existen unos que en pocas ocasiones se han logrado documentar; tal es el caso que hoy presentamos. Se trata de un paciente con gota que padece úlceras en miembros inferiores de larga evolución. Al ser conocido en el servicio de medicina interna de esta institución, se le realiza una biopsia de las lesiones descritas, confirmando paniculitis por gota, siendo este el quinto caso reportado en la literatura mundial.
