Objective: to present three immunocompetent patients who developed neuroretinitis. Methods: three cases of neuroretinitis admitted to the emergency service of Hospital de San José, Bogotá are presented, and a brief review of the literature on this pathology is conducted. Discussion: neuroretinitis is a rare condition with varied etiology. Suspicion is important for timely etiological diagnosis and accurate treatment.
