T-cell lymphoma associated with type II enteropathy is a rare variant of peripheral T, which can be located in the small intestine and has specific immunophenotypic characteristics. The present study reports the case of a 46-year-old man with no medical history who presented perforation of the small intestine with subsequent diagnosis by histopathology of a T-cell lymphoma associated with type II enteropathy.
