Vasculitis are infrequent diseases and even more those that compromise the arteries of large and medium caliber, such as Takayasu and temporal arteritis. We present the case of a young patient who met the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology for Takayasu arteritis, who underwent angiography to evaluate the extent of the disease and the therapeutic approach. The second case with previous diagnosis of Takayasu's arteritis corresponds to a woman under 40 with different vascular commitments who underwent angiography to evaluate new arterial compromises due to claudication of the upper limbs and to observe the status of the stents implanted previously in the descending thoracic aorta, left common carotid and renal arteries.
