Abstract

Gout is a well-known disease and within its wide spectrum of signs and symptoms, there are some that have rarely been documented; Such is the case that we present today. It is a patient with gout who suffers ulcers in the lower limbs of long evolution. When being known in the internal medicine service of this institution, a biopsy of the lesions described is performed, confirming panniculitis due to gout, this being the fifth case reported in the world literature.
