Lymphomas rank fifth in frequency among all neoplasms diagnosed and treated at the National Cancer Institute, which shows a high rate of morbidity and consequent mortality. This is how the idea of carrying out a careful and deep study with lymph nodes by freezing, which allows the investigation, classification and precise diagnosis of lymphomas. For this, 45 cases of the year 1995 were selected in which the evaluation of the immunoperoxidase technique A.B.0 was performed as diagnostic support, observing that in 84% the immunotyping material supported the diagnosis and in 16% of the cases it did not help
