Abstract

Dyspnea is the main symptom among patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension, however, in daily practice it is common to find some whose most significant manifestation is angina pectoris (47%). An extrinsic obstruction of the left main coronary artery caused by coronary sinuses aneurysmal dilatation plus pulmonary artery dilatation, is unusual, with few cases reported in the literature. We present a patient with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension who consulted for dyspnea, documenting pulmonary artery and aneurysmal noncoronary sinus dilatation, significantly involving the left main coronary artery.
