Abstract
The OMEGA 21 system is a pedicular support instrumentation, designed to provide mechanical support and stability to the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral spine. The OMEGA 21 has some specific characteristics of great versatility, completely original, which makes it applicable to all dorsolumbar and Iumbosacral pathologies that require stabilization instrumented by posterior route.
