Abstract
The development of pulmonary aspergilloma in patients without a prior history of granulomatous, cavitary, bullous or fibrotic disease is unusual. The following describes the history of a 44-year-old female patient who underwent left inferior lobectomy with a histopathological report of pulmonary aspergilloma.
