Abstract

A 22-year-old patient who consulted for presenting a pigmented papule on the left major lip. The pathology shows an atypical genital cell nevus with the presence in the dermoepidermal junction of a proliferation of atypical and theca melanocytes with loss of cell cohesion. Diagnostic criteria, histopathological parameters and differential diagnosis are discussed.
